Charbroiled lamb chops, cooked to order, marinated in garlic and rosemary. Served over saffron rice and vegetables.
Rollitos de Pollo Rellenos - $16.95
Chicken breast stuffed with asiago cheese and spinach, breaded and baked, topped with tomato sauce. Served over saffron rice and vegetables.
Pez Espada de Sangria - $18.95
Broiled swordfish topped with tri-colored peppers, tomatoes, onion and white wine. Served over saffron rice and vegetables.

Charbroiled New York strip steak, cooked to order, toped with a port wine and wild mushroom sauce, served over saffron rice and vegetables.
Pescado Blanco - $17.95

Boneless breast of chicken sautéed with artichoke hearts, garlic, tomatoes, basil and white wine. Served over saffron rice and vegetables.
Medallones de Cerdo - $16.95
Medallions of pork loin sautéed with shitake mushrooms, wine and cream. Served over saffron rice and vegetables.
Pasta con Pollo - $16.95
Penne pasta tossed with chicken, sun-dried tomatoes and wild mushrooms in a Sherry cream sauce.
Pollo con Marsala - $16.95
Boneless breast of chicken sautéed with shallots, mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes and Marsala wine.
