Black and green olives marinated in olive oil and herbs.
2. Salpicón de Mariscos - $6.95
Mixed Mediterranean seafood marinated in olive oil and herbs on a bed of greens.
3. Tortilla de Patatas - $4.95
Traditional Spanish omelet made with potato and onions.
4. Aguacate a la Reina - $6.95
Avocado stuffed with chicken, raisins, celery and onions on a bed of greens.
5. Gambas con Salsa de Piña - $6.95
Grilled shrimp served with a tangy pineapple salsa.
6. Tomate y Mozzarella - $5.95
Sliced tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella drizzled with house made pesto.
7. **Salmón Ahumado - $6.95
Cold salt cured salmon with capers and a dill sauce, served undercooked.
8. Alubias Bianco - $4.95
Navy beans tossed with diced tomatoes, red onions, garlic, basil, lemon juice and olive oil.
9. Parrilla de Verduras - $5.95
Seasonal grilled vegetables marinated in olive oil and garlic with a garlic mayonnaise over top.
10. Hummus de Alubias Negras - $4.95
Black bean hummus served with assorted crackers.
11. Manchego and Chorizo - $6.95
Spanish Manchego cheese adn dry Chorizo sausage.
12. Queso de Tarragón - $5.95
Goat cheese marinated in garlic, tarragon and olive oil. Served with crustinis.
13. Salsa de Lentejas - $4.95
Cold lentil salsa with toasted spinach points.
14. Pollo y Curry - $6.95
White chicken, celery, onions and raisins in a curry infused dressing, served over a bed of greens.
15. **Carne y Queso Azul - $6.95
Thinly sliced flank steak, cooked medium rare, served with red onions and crumbled bleu cheese.
16. Tostada con Tomate - $4.95
Toasted baguette topped with tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil and Parmesan cheese.
17. Pulpo a la Vinagreta - $6.95
Octopus and potato marinated in lemon vinaigrette.
